I’m Nick Sadler, head of East London based company NSDMT who’s passion is for connecting artists, music, and films with a worldwide audience.

I love nothing more than finding and working with true creative talent and sharing what they create with the big wide world.

After graduating in Materials Engineering I realised my true passion was in the creative world where I worked as a music marketing manager for several years before starting Never Say Die Records, one of the most successful record labels in the rise of the Dubstep Electronic music movement in both the UK and the US. I worked with artists like Skrillex, Zomboy, The Freestylers and Flux Pavilion and the label has sold over 1 million records.

Right now I manage award winning producers The Prototypes and a few years ago started The Film Label with two director friends to bring indie films to the greater world. I have been managing and marketing creative brands for most of my life and NSDMT was set up to help bring more brands and talent to a worldwide audience.

In 2017 there is one question I’m trying to answer… ‘’Why should people want to part with their hard earned cash for creative products?’

For me, creative products mean films, artists, and music.

Right now I believe the answer is because they have a connection with the product.

Thanks to social media, it is currently the best time in history to connect with your audience and have a voice that people can identify with. Not everyone will identify, but that doesn’t matter, you just need to connect with people that do identify, i.e. your audience.

So I have narrowed it down to these 3 steps

  • Discover your Voice and Audience

  • Identify and Curate Assets

  • Share Curated Assets with your Audience using your Voice

This is essentially what successful marketing is all about. Today with social media and availability of information assets such as blog articles, tweets, youtube videos you can do all this for free.

Which is great for anybody working on the fringes’, pushing the boundaries, working on the underground, which is where I love being. Especially with music, artists, and films. I read books, digest blogs, talk to my business partners all the time about this stuff. It’s my calling in life.

I have applied the above 3 steps to build successful record labels, break artists into an international scene, and market feature films to a worldwide audience. And now we are expanding the business to help anyone that wants to connect their brand and products to a worldwide audience.

NSDMT encompasses my beliefs, challenges, and passion for connecting people and their work with the people who will value them. As a company, we thrive on creativity, commitment and success.
